IATE NRNU MEPhI
I learned about YouRussia through the RNEA project and decided to participate by writing a poem about how I see Russia. Preparation for the competition required me to fully immerse myself in Russian to avoid factual mistakes and my work stood out against the rest. It was a very interesting experience, I gained new knowledge and skills, and, most importantly, had an opportunity to share my creativity with the world! Don’t be afraid to try your best! Find new creative approaches with YouRussia-2024 and don't forget to read the rules carefully!

It was such an experience full of emotions and learning new facts! My teacher of Russian language suggested me to participate in YouRussia contest. To participate, I made a deep research on the history of the city of Seversk and even had to shoot a video at the university at night! Eventually, I was caught but still was able to finish my video and send it. I'd suggest to be simple and reflect your own experience in your video!

I learnt about YouRussia from our university student association. So many things happened to me while preparing for the video. The more significant thing was that I learned a lot about the old traditions and practices of Russia. Such things are rarely found in big cosmopolitan cities. Thereforem, YouRussia is not about prizes, but rather about having fun while creating, so enjoy the process!
